Memorializing of Isra’ and Mi’raj

            Month of Rajab, in which respected human. This month including the sacred months (Asyhurul Hurum). Many people respect the way this month, there were slaughtering animals, there are special prayers that do Rajab and others. In this month, Muslims celebrate the most extraordinary events, events Shallallahu'alaihi Rasulullah SAW journey from Makkah to Baitul Maqdis and then to Sidratul muntaha facing the Creator of the universe and the keepers. That Isra 'and Mi'raj.
            This event will not be forgotten the Muslims, because the command to pray five times a day given by God at the time of Isra 'and Mi'raj. This pillar of religion would not be separated from the events of Isra 'and Mi'raj Prophet Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam. However, the event should be commemorated? Is the celebration of Isra 'Mi'raj is done the good thing or the thing that ruined religion? Consider this discussion, I hope God gives us the ease to understand and accept the truth.
When the Isra’ and Mi’raj are happened?
            When I heard a big event, there must be a question that will soon arise in the hearts of the listener that is a matter of time occurs. Similarly conjunction with Isra 'and Mi'raj Prophet Mohammad SAW Shallallahu'alaihi. When actually Isra 'and Mi'raj occurred, on the 27th of Rajab is it true or not? To be able to give the correct answer, we need to see the opinion of the scholars about this issue. Here we are some opinions of the scholars:
                Firstly, Al-Haafiz Ibn Hajar Al Asqaalaniy may Allaah have mercy says: "The scholars disagree about the time of Ascension. Some say before prophethood. This strange opinion, unless it is considered in the dream. Most scholars believe that it happened after prophethood. The scholars who say the events of Isra 'and Mi'raj occurred after prophethood also disagree, among them some say a year before moving. This is the opinion of Ibn Sa'd and others and dirajihkan (strengthened) by Imam An Nawawiy and Ibn Hazm, Ibn Hazm even exaggeration to say ijma '(consensus of the scholars being'), and it occurred in Rabiul Awal. Claims ijma 'was rejected, because it is no dispute about that a lot more than ten opinions”.  Then he mentions the opinion of the scholars one by one.
a.       The first opinion said: "hijroh year before, precisely in Rabi Beginning". This is the opinion of Ibn Sa'd and others and dirajihkan An Nawawiy
b.      The second said: "eight months before hijroh, precisely the month of Rajab." Ibn Hazm's cue words, when he said: "There was in year 12 months rajab prophetic".
c.       Third says: "six months before hijroh, precisely in Ramadan". It was delivered by Abu Al Rabie 'son Saalim.
d.      Fourth says: "Eleven months before hijroh precisely in Robiul End". This opinion of Ishaq bin Ibrahim Al Harbiy, when he said: "There was in Rabi 'al-End, a year before hijroh". This opinion about the Hijrah is Munayyir in Sharh Ibn Siirah As Ibn Abd al-Barr.
e.       Fifth said: "year two months before hijroh". This opinion was delivered Ibn Abdilbar.
f.        Sixth said: "The year three months before hijroh". This opinion was delivered by Ibn Faaris.
g.       Seventh said: "year five months before hijroh". As Suddiy this opinion.
h.       Eighth said: "hijroh eighteen months before, to be exact month of Ramadan". This opinion was delivered Ibn Sa'd, Ibn Abi Ibn Subrah and Abdilbar.
i.         Ninth said: "Month of Rajab three years before hijroh". This opinion was delivered Ibn Athir.
j.        Tenth says: "five years before hijroh". This opinion of Imam Az Zuhriy and dirojihkan Al Qadi 'Iyaadh.
            Because of the many differences of opinion in this matter, then it is true what is said to Ibn Taymiyyah may Allaah have mercy, that there is no strong argument that shows the month and date. Even preaching disconnected and massih disputed, no one can memastikannya.4 Even Imam Abu Syaamah said, "And experts tale mentions Isra 'and Mi'raj occurred in the month of Rajab. According to experts ta'dil and Jarh (Ulama Hadith) it is falsehood ".
Legal Commemorate Isra 'And Mi'raj


            Could it be that Islam is a perfect religion is something that has not been prescribed any clear provision of time? Suffice it as a strong indicator will heretical of Isra 'and Mi'raj which held many of the Muslims. Moreover, we already know that the Salaf had agreed (consensus) classify the warning was repeated (season) that there is no Islamic law that banned including heresy Shallallahu'alaihi Rasulullah SAW. evidence the word of his:
وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَمُحْدَثَاتِ الْأُمُورِ فَإِنَّ كُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ وَكُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلاَلَةٌ
             The meaning of : Be careful of something new, because every new thing that heresy and every heresy is heresy. (Reported by Ibn Majah and At Tirmidziy) .
مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
          The meaning of : Who's making up in my case (my religion) is, something that is not him then he rejected. (Reported by Bukhari and Muslim).
مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلاً لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
          The meaning of : Who charitable deeds which no one orders her mother rejected her. (Reported by Muslim).
            Of Isra 'and Mi'raj is a new case that has never done the Companions and Successors and those after them pious Salaf of this Ummah. In fact they are the most spirit for the spirit of kindness and charity pious practice.
            For that Syeikhil Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said when he was asked about the virtues of the night of Isra 'and Mi'raj and Qadr night, "... and do not know anyone of the Muslims make a night of Isra' and Mi'raj has keutaman over any other kind, let alone over night Qadr. Likewise, g, and companions who followed them with good deeds inadvertently specialize in one night of Isra 'and Mi'raj, and they also do not commemorate it, therefore it is not known when the evening. 1.      An Nahaas, He said, "Warning night of Isra 'and Mi'raj is a great innovation in religion and kebid'ahan made by Syaithon friends."
2.      Ibn Haaj, He said, "Among kebid'ahan they made in the month of Rajab is the twenty-seventh night is the night of Isra 'and Mi'raj".
3.      Fatwa Shaykh Muhammad bin Ibrahim Ash-Shaykh rahimahullah in answer to the invitation which he presented to the Natural Robithoh Islamiy to attend one of Isra 'and Mi'raj after he was asked about it. Then he answered, "It is not prescribed, based on the Qur'an, As-Sunnah, Istishhab and resourceful".

Thorem of Al Qur’an
Firman Allah:
الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ اْلإِسْلاَمَ دِينًا
            The meaning of : This day have I perfected for you your religion and I have both ends meet My favor unto you, and have it so I'm pleased Islam religion. (Surah Al Maidah: 3).


يَاأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا أَطِيعُوا اللهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَأُوْلِى اْلأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ فَإِن تَنَازَعْتُمْ فِي شَىْءٍ فَرُدُّوهُ إِلَى اللهِ وَالرَّسُولِ
          The meaning of : who believe! Obedient to Allah and Rasul (His), and ulil amri among you. Then if you differ on something, then return it to Allah he (the Qur'an) and His Prophet (Sunnah), if you truly believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is over (advantageous) and better in the end. (Surat an-Nisa '59).
            Back to ALLAH means back to the Qur'an, back to the Prophet SAW Shallallahu'alaihi meaning refers to the Sunnah after he passed away.
قُلْ إِن كُنتُمْ تُحِبُّونَ اللهَ فَاتَّبِعُونِي يُحْبِبْكُمُ اللهُ وَيَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَاللهُ غَفُورُُ رَّحِيمُُ
            The meaning of : Say (O Muhammad), 'If you (really) love Allah then follow me, Allah will love you and forgive you your sins. " Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (Surah Al 'Imran: 31).
فَلْيَحْذَرِ الَّذِينَ يُخَالِفُونَ عَنْ أَمْرِهِ أَن تُصِيبَهُمْ فِتْنَةٌ أَوْ يُصِيبَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ
            The meaning of : then those who violate His commandments shall they fear will be overwritten trial or painful punishment overwritten. (Surat an-Nur: 63)
            The first argument of the Sunnah: Hadith saheeh in z shohihain of Aisha that the Prophet SAW said Shallallahu'alaihi
مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
            The meaning of : Who's making up in my case (my religion) is, something that is not him then he rejected. (Reported by Bukhari and Muslim).
مَنْ عَمِلَ عَمَلًا لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ أَمْرُنَا فَهُوَ رَدٌّ
            The meaning of : Whoever is doing the deeds that we are not commanded then he rejected (Reported by Muslim).
            Second: Narrated by Ibn Majah, At shohih Tirmidziy and considered by him and also narrated by Ibn Hibban in shohihnya of Irbaadh bin Saariyah Radhiallahu'anhu, he said, "Rasulullah SAW said Shallallahu'alaihi
وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَمُحْدَثَاتِ الْأُمُورِ فَإِنَّ كُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ
            The meaning of : Avoid things that are new, because every new thing that heresy.
            Third: Reported by Ahmad, Al bazaar of Ghadhiif that the Prophet SAW said Shallallahu'alaihi
مَا أَحدَثَ قَوْمٌ بِدْعَةً إِلاَّ رَفَعَ مِثْلَهَا مِنَ السُّنَّةِ
             The meaning of : It is not one heresy unless the act seems to be removed from the Sunnah.
And narrated by Ath Thabraaniy but with lafadz:
مَا مِنْ أُمَّةٍ ابْتَدَعَتْ بَعْدَ نَبِيِّهَا إِلاَّ أَضَاعَتْ مِثْلَهَا مِنَ السُّنَّةِ
            The meaning of : There are people who do not heresy eliminated after its Prophet Sunnah except size heretical.
Fourth: History Ibn Majah, Ibn Abi Asim from his Radhiallahu'anhu Anas bin Malik said, "The Messenger Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam has said.
أَبَى اللهُ أَنْ يَقْبَلَ عَمَلَ صَاحِبِ بِدْعَةٍ حَتَّى يَدَعَ بِدْعَتَهُ
            The meaning of : God will not accept the practice of heresy offender until he left the heretical act.


And in the history of Ath Thabraniy with lafad
إِنَّ اللهَ حَجَبَ التَّوْبَةَ عَنْ كُلِّ صَاحِبِ بِدْعَةٍ حَتَّى يَدَعَ بِدْعَتَهُ
            The meaning of : Verily Allah closes repent of all actors heresy until he left the heretical act.
            This argument Istishhaab no basic commands. Basically, it tauqifiyah worship, so we should not say, "Worship is prescribed" unless there are arguments from the Qur'an, Sunnah and ijma ', and anyway should not say, "This is allowed because it is included in maslahat mursalah, istihsaan (a good assumption), qiyas (analogy) or Ijtihad "due to problems aqidah, worship and the things that has no size (the Shari'a) such as inheritance and criminal cases that is no place for ijtihad or the like ..

And his said in Fataawa wa rasail him," Warning Isra 'and Mi'raj is a matter of vanity and a heresy. These include attitudes imitate the Jews and Christians in the days that do not glorify eminent Shari'ah. 4.      Fatwa Shaykh Abdul-Aziz Ibn Baaz rahimahullah
"There is no doubt, Isra 'mi'roj a sign that shows the greatness of Allah Ta'ala truth Shallallahu'alaihi Prophet SAW and degree elevation sight of Allah Ta'ala he. As Isra 'and Mi'raj including signs majesty of God and the height of all beings. Allah the Exalted says:
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي أَسْرَى بِعَبْدِهِ لَيْلاً مِّنَ الْمَسْجِدِ الْحَرَامِ إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ اْلأَقْصَا الَّذِي بَارَكْنَا حَوْلَهُ لِنُرِيَهُ مِنْ ءَايَاتِنَآ إِنَّهُ هُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْبَصِيرُ
            The meaning of : Glory to Allah, who has memperjalankan his servant on a night from Al-Masjid al-Haram to Al-Aqsa Mosque which We have blessed around it that We show him some of Our signs. Surely He is the Hearing, the Seeing. (Al-Isra ': 1).
            And it has been narrated from the Prophet Shallallahu'alaihi mutawatir Wasallam that he raised to the sky and opened the doors until he passes the seventh heaven. Then RobNya spoke to him with something he wanted and obliged him prayers five times. Allah Ta'ala first time oblige him fifty prayers, the Prophet Muhammad always Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam requested waivers to be five prayers. That the five prayers required but the reward of fifty, because of the kindness repaid with tenfold. Allah k substances that should be praised and thanked for all the pleasure of.
            There is nothing in the hadith that determination shohih night of Isra  and Mi’raj. All hadith which describes the determination of the evening according to hadith scholars are not shohih hadith of the Prophet sallallaahu, Äôalaihi Wasallam. Allah Ta’la have human wisdom in forgetting about it. If there is a determination absahpun Muslims should not be devoting it to a particular worship, should not they celebrate his warning, because the Prophet sallallaahu, Äôalaihi Wasallam and his companions warned him not nor are certain worship him. If warning is prescribed cases, of course, the Messenger of Allaah, Äôalaihi Wasallam has explained to the people, either by words or deed He. Had never done and will undoubtedly be  by his companions g to us. Because they have delivered everything it takes people and not the slightest neglect of religious affairs, even those competing in performing goodness ..
            So if warning the night of Isra 'and Mi'raj is prescribed will they the first to do so, especially Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam is the Prophet who often advises his people. He has delivered the message of the religion as well as possible, and have fulfilled the mandate which it aspires. So if glorify and commemorate the evening including religion, then surely He does not shirk and hide. Because the Prophet did not glorify and commemorate the evening, then clear warning and the glorification of the night not including the teachings of Islam. That Allaah has perfected the religion of Islam and the perfect favor for his people as well as those who deny the Islamic Shari'a embellish with something that is not being allowed. Allah says in the Qur'an.
            الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ وَأَتْمَمْتُ عَلَيْكُمْ نِعْمَتِي وَرَضِيتُ لَكُمُ اْلإِسْلاَمَ دِينًا
            The meaning of : This day have I perfected for you your religion and I have both ends meet My favor unto you, and have my own-ridhai Islamic religion. (Surah Al Maidah: 3)
أَمْ لَهُمْ شُرَكَآؤُاْ شَرَعُوا لَهُم مِّنَ الدِّينِ مَالَمْ يَأْذَن بِهِ اللهُ وَلَوْلاَ كَلِمَةُ الْفَصْلِ لَقُضِىَ بَيْنَهُمْ وَإِنَّ الظَّالِمِينَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمُُ
            The meaning of : Do they have gods-gods (besides Allah) who give some rule to their religion which Allah allowed not Had no statutes that determine (from Allah) they would have been in real funish. And people that wrong doers will get very doom poignant. (Surat ash-Shura: 21).
            Shallallahu'alaihi Rasulullah SAW in the hadith that shohih warning of the dangers of heresy and explained that innovation is misguided. To warn the people of the great dangers of heresy and to prevent them from making heresy. We will convey some traditions, such as the hadith of Aisha shohih in shohihain Shallallahu'alaihi x of the Prophet SAW, he said
مَنْ أَحْدَثَ فِي أَمْرِنَا هَذَا مَا لَيْسَ فِيهِ فَهُوَ رَدٌّ

            And the Muslim shohih of Jabir bin Abdillah Radhiallahu'anhu he said: "Rasulullah SAW Shallallahu'alaihi delivering the sermon on Friday and said:
أَمَا بَعْدُ فَإِِنَّ خَيْرَ الْحَدِيْثِ كِتَابُ اللَّهِ وَ خَيْرَ الْهَدْيِ هَدْيُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَشَرَّ الأُمُورِ مُحْدَثَاتُهَا وَكُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلاَلَةٌ
            The meaning of : Ama ba'du; indeed as speech is the Book of Allah and the best example is the guidance of Muhammad Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam example, as bad-ugly case is a matter of a made-up, and every heresy is heresy.
In Hadith Al Irbaadh bin Saariyah Radhiallahu'anhu, he said:
وَعَظَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَوْعِظَةً بَلِيغَةً وَجِلَتْ مِنْهَا الْقُلُوبُ وَذَرَفَتْ مِنْهَا الْعُيُونُ فَقُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ كَأَنَّهَا مَوْعِظَةُ مُوَدِّعٍ فَأَوْصِنَا قَالَ أُوصِيكُمْ بِتَقْوَى اللَّهِ وَالسَّمْعِ وَالطَّاعَةِ وَإِنْ تَأَمَرَ عَلَيْكُمْ عَبْدٌ فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ يَعِشْ مِنْكُمْ فَسَيَرَى اخْتِلاَفًا كَثِيرًا فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِسُنَّتِي وَسُنَّةِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ الْمَهْدِيِّينَ مِنْ بَعْدِيْ تَمَسَّكُوْابِهَا وَعَضُّوا عَلَيْهَا بِالنَّوَاجِذِ وَإِيَّاكُمْ وَمُحْدَثَاتِ الْأُمُورِ فَإِنَّ كُلَّ مُحْدَثَةٍ بِدْعَةٌ وَكُلُّ بِدْعَةٍ ضَلاَلَةٌ
            The meaning of : Rasulullah SAW Shallallahu'alaihi counsel has advised us with deep, vibrating heart and eyes shed tears. Then we said: "O Messenger of Allah SAW Shallallahu'alaihi as if parting advice, then give us the will!. Then he said: "I will of you for the pious to God, subservient and obedient, even if you led a slave, for whom life of you, it will see a lot of strife. Then you must cling to the Sunnah of the Khulafah and caliphs who guide after me. Hold your teeth and gigitlah him with graham guys and be careful of the new, new thing because every heresy and every heresy is heresy. (Reported by At Tirmidziy and Ibn Majah).
            And many other hadeeth which convey the same with this. Similarly, warnings and threats of acts of heresy has no companions Shallallahu'alaihi Prophet SAW and the pious Salaf after them. Because innovation is the addition of deeds in religion and law are not allowed to Allah Ta'ala and imitate the Jews and Nashroni enemy of God. Meaning of heresy against Islam harassment and accusing Islam is not perfect. Thus clearly cause great damage and refuse, because God has revealed through His Word this religious perfection.
الْيَوْمَ أَكْمَلْتُ لَكُمْ دِينَكُمْ
            The meaning of : This day have I perfected for you your religion (Surah Al Maidah 3)
The act of heresy also openly Shallallahu'alaihi hadiths Rasulullah SAW which warns and threatens kebid'ahan. Hopefully what we have just described of the arguments are quite satisfactory dali search and deny the truth in this-that reminds heresy warning the night of Isra 'and Mi'raj -. Indeed he is not from Islamic law at all.
            Thus information about the legal scholars celebrating Isra 'and Mi'raj. Clear information and clear with strong arguments for the seeker of truth. Then are we still do it, but the warning is not one heresy and includes the teachings of Islam. In fact it is the addition of the Islamic Shari'a and scribes behavior resembles that has made innovation in their religion, so it becomes damaged and destroyed.
            Have we contemplate the dangers of heresy against Islam? Suffice warning Shallallahu'alaihi Wasallam Prophet, his companions and Islamic scholars as a warning for us to be aware and rise up to improve the condition of the Muslims in order to achieve the glory of Islam. Hopefully God meudahkan us to understand this article and hopefully God help us in performing obedience to Him and to leave the celebrations that have spent a lot of wealth and power but would damage our faith and practice all.
