The Blood: Revenge of Maya

            “Yew…. I got it! I got it I got it!” said Shanty. “Mom, I got it” said Shanty with cheerily and give a hug and a kiss to her Mom. “You got what?!” ask Mom. “My proposal was accepted it and I got a job, now! Yippy…. Yew…!” answer Shanty with cheerful. “And…?” ask Mom again. “And I start the job is….. (Looking the paper) Tomorrow…. Yew… yippy…!” said Shanty. “So you will work in the Sanjaya Grand Hospital, right?” ask Mom. “Yes… Mom” answers Shanty. “I’m proud of you, my little sunshine” said Mom. “I love you, Mom” said Shanty and give a hug to her mom.

            In the next day, “Oh… No! I’m late” said Shanty. “Shanty! Get up…. You will be come late to your first job” said Mom. “Okay… Mom!” answer Shanty while to prepare her uniform. “Where is my uniform?!” whimper Shanty. “Shanty! Please hurry up!” said Mom while up the steps into Shanty’s room. “Please hurry up, you going late, Shanty!” said Mom. “I know, Mom” answer Shanty while comb her hair. “Okay, I’m done. Wish me luck, Mom” said Shanty while give a hug to her mom. “I’m always praying to you, my little sunshine” said Mom. “Bye Mom!” answer Shanty while down the steps into front door. “Don’t forget your lunch box” answer Mom from the stair. And Shanty grab her lunch box and “Thanks, Mom” said Shanty.

            In the Sanjaya Grand Hospital. Shanty arrives in the front door with rashly. And a nurse ask to Shanty, “Are you, Shanty Mukti?” ask a nurse. “Yes, I’m Shanty” answer Shanty while cleared up her hair. “Mr. Johan is waiting for you in his office in the second floor and be beside Emergency Room” said a nurse. “Thank you, miss… (Looking the tag’s a nurse name)” said Shanty. “I’m Fitri” answer that nurse before Shanty said her name. “Oh… miss Fitri” said Shanty. “You can call me, Fit” said that nurse. “Okay, Fit. And thanks by the way” said Shanty then Shanty go to the second floor to find Mr. Johan. Mr. Johan is  Director of Sanjaya Grand Hospital and also a surgeon. And Shanty still tries to find Mr. Johan’s room rashly and finally she is finding it. “Oh… finally, it’s here seemingly” said Shanty.

            “Knock… knock…knock….” Sound of the door knocking. “Come in!” said Mr. Johan. And Shanty comes into the room. “Please sit down (pointed the hand to the chair)” said Mr. Johan. “Your name is Shanty, right? You are assignable to care the old man. How about you?” ask Mr. Johan. “Okay I will do it, so where is the address?” ask Shanty again. “I’m glad to have worker like you and this address, this old man you will care it (while give the photo) and…. Oh yeah I will call you driver (while push the button of telephone). While Mr. Johan talk to the driver in the phone, Shanty is look the photo and read the address. After Mr. Johan laid down the phone, “So any question?” ask Mr. Johan. “Oh… yeah. The old man I will care it, affected with what?” ask Shanty again. “He’s got schizophrenia and before I forget, this is your medicine bag (give the medicine bag to Shanty)” said Mr. Johan. “Thank you, sir!” said Shanty. “Good luck to you” said Mr. Johan again and Shanty come out into the room, before Shanty closed the door, “Shanty, your driver is waiting for you in the first floor” said Mr. Johan and “Oh… thank you, sir” said Shanty while closed the door. “I hope the girl is brave and patient to care the old man and “the other” not likes the previous nurse” said Mr. Johan.

            In the front door of Sanjaya Grand Hospital, Shanty tries to find her driver. “Hmm… where is my driver?” said Shanty. Suddenly, “Are you Miss Shanty?” ask the driver. “Oh… yeah I’m Shanty” answer Shanty. “So let’s go” said the driver. After the driver and Shanty are come in the car and “Do you know where are we going?” ask Shanty. “Off course I know, miss. Because this is not my first time I’m drop you to the address” answer the driver. “What do you mean?” ask Shanty again. “Because you are not first probationer come here” answer the driver. “Why they’re not hold out longer time to care the old man?” ask Shanty. “Do you know the real story?” ask the driver. While the driver and Shanty are chat in the car, suddenly thunder sound is happen making the driver and Shanty are looked blank in the car. “So… what is the real story?” ask Shanty with mock little bit. “Are you sure?” ask the driver again. “Ah…Huh?” said Shanty. “Your patient will be your care it and the house is your work place have mystical and unexplained happen” said the driver. “Why you said that?” ask Shanty again. “Actually…… (explanation without continue) better to you find it with yourself” answer the driver. Shanty just looks like question face while listen the driver give explain it. Unwittingly, they are arriving to the place. “And we just arrive” said the driver and come out the car and open the door for Shanty. And Shanty is gaping at the house. Around the house only cover up by bushes and grove. Suddenly, “Wish you success, miss” said the driver and start the engine car. After the driver come out from the front the house, Shanty push the button of bell, “Kring….! Kring….! Kring…!” sound of bell. But no one to response the bell and open the door. Suddenly, the door open itself make Shanty look like question face. “Hello…. Anybody home! Mr. Adam… I’m Shanty. I’m your nurse. Hello…. Mr….. (without continue)” said Shanty and suddenly, “He is not here!” voice from the back Shanty. “Oh… God, you are scared me, old lady” said Shanty. “I’m a house keeping this house, Madam Ely. “Okay Madam Ely, I’m…. “ said Shanty. “I know you are nurse will care Mr. Adam and follow me I will show you, your room” said Madam Ely. “Thanks by the way” said Shanty. While Madam Ely show the Shanty’s room, Shanty look the photos are hang the wall. One of the photo make Shanty looks curious because of that call by Madam Ely make Shanty not response by her. “Nurse… hi… Nurse!” yelling Madam Ely. “Ups… sorry. Who is the girl in this photos” ask Shanty curiously. “It’s not your business” answer Madam Ely. And make Shanty look like grim visage. “This is your room” said Madam Ely. “Thanks” said Shanty and Shanty is starring the room with amazement with the room. “Wow… this room large than my room” said Shanty. “This is your room” said Madam Ely. “Really??” ask Shanty. “Before your sleep, lock your door” said Madam Ely again. And Shanty just keeps silent and closes the door. While that, Madam Ely starring the stair and look the rooms in the upstairs, which is the one of the rooms is Mr. Adam’s.

            “Uh… I’m so tired” said Shanty while she is lying down on her bed. In several minutes Shanty is sleep well but not for long, suddenly “sripp… ushhh” sound of wind make quilt of Shanty’s is sunken. And make Shanty sleep out, and looking around the room. Seemingly, the door is open and “I thought. The door I was locked. Hm…?!” said Shanty frantically. While Shanty lock the door again, she is look around and see Madam Ely weirdly. “Madam, are you alright?” ask Shanty. “Be careful and watch out with the little girl” said Madam Ely. “Why…?” ask Shanty and before Shanty want to ask again, Madam Ely get in her room. Cause of the act weird of Madam Ely, make Shanty wonder with this situation. And Shanty has slept out and locks the room.

            In the morning, Shanty tries to ask Madam Ely to want to know what the meaning Madam Ely said last night. “Madam, can you explain what you said to me last night?” ask Shanty. “What do you mean?” ask Madam Ely again. “So you not remember you were said something to me?” said Shanty again. “Better to you care Mr. Adam because your work is start now!” said Madam Ely angrily. And Shanty just kept silent and more wonders about this situation and go to upstairs want to see Mr. Adam. In the Mr. Adam’s room, “Hi… Mr. Adam, I’m Shanty I will care you. How are you today, Mr. Adam?” said Shanty.”Hi… Shanty, can you come close to me, I want to see your face?’ ask Mr. Adam. And Shanty come closer to Mr. Adam and “Yes, I’m Shanty” said Shanty. “Shanty, you look likes my little girl” said Mr. Adam. Suddenly the wind blowing the curtain make one of picture frame is fell in the floor, “crash…” sound of picture frame broke to pieces. And Shanty grab the broken frame, “Auch.. my finger!” said Shanty and suck at the blood is come out from her finger. Suddenly, “Why you here… get out!” said Mr. Adam gutturally and get up from his chair and come closer to Shanty make Shanty look blank. “Get out!!! Or you will die!!” said Mr. Adam in possession with hold up the piece of mirror frame in Shanty’s neck. “Sir, wake up! Sir… it’s hurt me” beg Shanty to Mr. Adam. Suddenly, Mr. Adam let go of from hold up the piece of mirror frame. But, he is starring to Shanty with the eyes hideously and lifts up the Shanty’s body and throws out from the room. “Ah…..!” Shanty shrieking. While that, Madam Ely run off to upstairs to help Shanty. “Are you okay?” ask Madam Ely but Shanty still dreadfully ill. And Madam Ely is hold back the hand’s Mr. Adam and said “please give injection” said Madam Ely. With dreadfully ill, Shanty goes down stairs to take the tranquilizer in her bag medicine. “Please hurry up!” said Madam Ely from upstairs and after Shanty grab the tranquilizer and go to upstairs again and injected to Mr. Adam. And Mr. Adam getting calm and fall in down. And put on Mr. Adam in his bed.

            After what was happen, make Shanty want to know what happen in this house. “Here is your tea” said Madam Ely while give cup of tea to Shanty. “Oh… thank you, Madam” said Shanty. “What happen to Mr. Adam? Ups… sorry I supposed to ask that question” ask Shanty. “I think you must to know what happened just now” said Madam Ely. “After his daughter was pass away several years ago and his behavior totally change” said Madam Ely. While Shanty and Madam Ely sit in the balcony, thunderbolt make sound and “Duar….!!!” Thunder sound, make Madam Ely and Shanty are looking blank. “I supposed to be preparing our dinner and oil lamp” said Madam Ely and leave Shanty alone in balcony.

             In dining hall, “Hi, Madam!” said Shanty. “Hi!!” said Madam Ely. “So both of us are eat in dining table?” ask Shanty. “I will deliver this food to Mr. Adam by myself so you can eat in here” said Madam Ely. “Okay, thank by the way” said Shanty. While, Shanty eats her dinner, suddenly the lamp is blackout and make Shanty look in blank, “What….!”said Shanty and try to find the flashlight in one of drawer, after she found she try to find the oil lamp and lighter. While she found the oil lamp and try to ignited the oil lamp with the lighter. Suddenly one of the oil lamp ignited itself make Shanty look blank and “Shanty… you are still here” whisper the little girl. “Who is that?” ask Shanty. While that, one of the forks in dining table is moving and outsoar into Shanty position unwittingly. “Auch…. Not again!” said Shanty. “Who are you?”said Shanty again. “Are you ready enough to die?!” screaming the little girl. “What do you mean?” said Shanty, while that Madam Ely come and “Who is talking with you?” said Madam Ely. “What…. There is a girl with me earlier but now…. She gone” said Shanty. “Your shoulder” said Madam Ely with pointed to Shanty’s shoulder. “Oh… my shoulder” said Shanty. “I think you must lie down” said Madam Ely while pulled out the fork is stab in Shanty’s shoulder. After Shanty get in her room and Madam Ely look around the dining hall and “Why you did this?” ask Madam Ely. “She just wants to help your father” said Madam Ely again.

            While in the Shanty’s Bedroom. Shanty try to lie down but she still felt the hut especially in her shoulder. In several minutes she got off to sleep. And there is one moment make Shanty feel suddenly frightened, “Are you sleeping? Are you sleeping? Shanty…” sing and whisper by little girl. And with dilate eyes, Shanty look like blank. “It’s me” said little girl and made an appearance front of Shanty with the ghastly eyes and “ Ahhhhhhhhhhh….!!” screaming Shanty. Suddenly, the girl is vanish, and Shanty try to find the little girl until in the room, Shanty found more picture about the girl and she just find out that room seemingly is the girl’s room. Suddenly she in flashback moment, which is in beginning this family, is one of happiness family but there is one moment make changes their happiness. But then the flashback is not reveal the true story, cause of thunder make sound and “What are you doing here?!” said Mr. Adam with starring to Shanty weirdly. Cause of what happened last morning, Shanty still in trauma toward Mr. Adam.  “I’m…. I’m… I’m a… I’m just looking around this room” said Shanty falteringly. “Get out!!!”shrieking Mr. Adam. And Shanty just run out from the room, while she run, she heard Mr. Adam is crying and “Oh… my daughter!”Mr. Adam crying. And Shanty come in her room again try to sleep but she can’t because she still thinking about the flashback and what happened this house since she in this house.

            At in morning, Shanty come to Madam Ely again try to find out more deeply about what happen in this house but like usually Madam keep the secret but the secret almost reveal by Madam Ely itself. “I know that is your daughter, right?” ask Shanty to Madam Ely. Madam Ely just surprise and “How do you know?” ask Madam Ely. “How do I know it’s not important but the important thing is what happen in this house?” ask Shanty emergently. And Madam Ely start to give explanation, “Before you, have three nurse has work and care Mr. Adam but they are fetch up with their duty. Firstly, Soraya. She was work in only two days, she told me someone kept her wide awake and the day she is quit, she is hit with a car in front this house. Secondly, Emily. She was working in only five day. In the first day she told me she saw a little girl in her room. In second day, she fall down from the stairs after gave the medicine to Mr. Adam, she told me again she felt someone were pushed her. And third and fourth day, she was got possession. She was act like our daughter but in the night fifthly, she was stabbed her right thigh and I was took her to the hospital. But when I was come back from hospital I saw the black shadow was stand in the window (pointing the window in the front door). And thirdly, she was working in house only one day, in the morning she came but in the night she was suicide with hag her body to fan. And finally, it’s you Shanty” said Madam Ely

            “But what happen to your daughter actually?” ask Shanty. “Her names Maya. She like the diamond in our family but one moment changes the atmosphere. One day Mr. Adam comes back from his work and usually he came with smile in his face but not for that day he is look like so angry and his dudgeon release to his own daughter itself. He was almost slaughter to me but unfortunately Maya…. I can’t help her. He was slaughter to his own daughter brutally” said Madam Ely. While Madam Ely and Shanty are talking each other about what happening. In the bathroom, Mr. Adam prepare to kill himself with electrocute and cutting off the cable power suddenly “So you want kill yourself, my beloved Daddy” said Maya. “I’m sorry, my little girl. I deserve to do this…. Erghhh….. erg….. I must…. Ergh…. I… must… die… ergh” said Mr. Adam falteringly cause of electric in his body. “But not today, my beloved Daddy. I want you suffer first” said Maya. At the same time happening blackout. Madam Ely and Shanty are rushing into Mr. Adam’s room. And they found Mr. Adam in bathroom. “Oh… no!!!!!” crying Madam Ely. Shanty go down stairs and go to her room try to find her phone and make a call and “Hello, this is Sanjaya Grand Hospital? I’m Shanty have emergency in Rama Street number 13 block B please hurry!”said Shanty. And “He is still life” said Madam Ely. “Okay… let’s take out Mr. Adam from the bath tub” said Shanty. Madam Ely and Shanty take out Mr. Adam from the bath tub and cover the body’s Mr. Adam with the blanket. “Ambulance will be arrive soon, Madam” said Shanty. “Yeah.. thanks, Shanty” said Madam Ely.

            While their take Mr. Adam’s body go down the stairs, rain falling down heavily and thunder make a sound hardly. After in the living room, suddenly Madam Ely act weirdly. “Madam…. Madam…. Are you okay?” said Shanty. But, “Why you help him?” said Madam Ely in possession while that she grab the Shanty hold her arm to Shanty’s neck. “Madam, wake up. Madam please wake up” said Shanty. Suddenly Shanty’s body throwing into above dining table. With sub consciousness, Shanty try to get up but her head hit by earthenware jug, “Oh.. No….” said Shanty. While Shanty in sub consciousness, Madam Ely still in possession grab the knife from the drawer and fan in the living room suddenly is moving fast. “You must die, the busy body nurse!” said Madam Ely. “Oh.. no… you must run, Shanty!” said Madam Ely, the real Madam Ely is talking when she in possession. While that, Shanty grab the knife from Madam Ely hold it. “Kill me now hahaha or your kill this woman, Hah?” said Madam Ely in possession. “Just kill me, Shanty” said the real Madam Ely. Thus Shanty want stab Madam Ely’s right thigh, at same time Mr. Adam get up and while that the fan in the above his head falling down and hit Mr. Adam’s head and  cut off into the piece. “Nooooooooooo……” screaming Madam Ely and the poltergeist come out from the Madam Ely’s body. Madam Ely is still crying toward her husband, Shanty is obtruding to Madam Ely to go out from this house. “Madam, we must go out from this house” said Shanty. “But… I can’t” said Madam Ely. “You have to….” said Shanty. While that, the all pictures hag in wall are falling down and the water in bath tub is overabundance until down the stairs. “Please Madam Ely, hurry!” said Shanty. “But…” said Madam Ely while go out from the house and look behind. Suddenly, “Mama, I need you?” said Maya. “Maya… that’s you?” said Madam Ely. Madam Ely look behind and see her daughter but “She not your daughter anymore, Madam” said Shanty. And Madam Ely look Shanty face and her daughter face, suddenly her daughter face changes slowly, and “Hahahahaha….” Frighten laughter.

            After a few weeks, Maya’s body just found in the house and be laid to rest peacefully but unfortunately, Madam Ely have to in the asylum for couple year but she just found by worker, she is suicide by herself in her own room and the room write the name Maya….Goosebumps stories part 7: Revenge of Maya
