Harbor
Since I was child, I like look the
sea because make me calm, relax and some place to relief tension. But in my
hometown, there is haven’t sea shore, only have mangrove tree grow in the shore
and the shore is in bad condition. Because of the community behavior always
throwing the trash in the shore.
Otherwise, Sungai Pakning Harbor
still have place in my heart. Because since I was child Sungai Pakning Harbor
and I are closed. And when holiday season my parent brought me to the their
hometown such as Batam and Dumai. At the time when we want to go to Dumai,
there is no land transportation only sea transportation so wherever we want to
go just transit in the Sungai Pakning Harbor as a central of transportation. Additionally,
my father and I always jogging in the morning and the last place we were took a
rest in the Sungai Pakning and also waiting the sunrise.
But nowadays, since the government given
another option to use central of transportation such us RORO using ferry as sea
transportation so Sungai pakning Harbor just left alone by the fact of having
fallen behind. Only Sungai Pakning Harbor still in our memory.
