            We are the Sungai Pakning’s citizen felt grateful because our place are hosted to be the big Qur’an competition. Now, Mushobaqah Tilawatil Qur’an in 38^th so it’s a big competition and many of competitors are compete to this event. Such as: Khafilah of Mandau, Khafilah of Bengkalis, Khafilah of Rupat, Khalfilah of Siak, etcetera.

            For the beginning of event, committee make arrange some parade as symbolic of this event. Start from Sejangat to Astaka as trip of Khafilah. And also this parade was extrication by Regent of Bengkalis, Herlian Shaleh. And also for the grand opening Mushobaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ) in the Astaka.

            In the night of opening Mushobaqah Tilawatil Qur’an (MTQ), opening with Regent of Bengkalis, Herlian Shaleh was speech opening the event ceremonially. Unfortunately this event must stop immediately because the heavy rain was falling down. But this competition still going on because this competition begin at May 15 to 21, 2013.
